Acceptable stay with some issues
night activity door slamming
The location was perfect since it was close to the coach station.
The apartment was noisy at night due to other residents. I could hear door slamming and walls being banged. More hooks for clothes would have been useful too.

spacious apartment comfortable bed handy fridge
the apartment was spacious and comfy. the beds were comfortable. the blackout window blinds helped me sleep peacefully. the fridge was handy so i could store chocolate and milk.
The neighborhood did not always feel safe. I saw some shady characters near the entrance.

luggage room password system responsive service smart tv
The luggage room allowed me to store bags upon early arrival. Access to both the luggage room and my room used a password system, i found it convenient. The TV worked fine. I could access YouTube. Customer service responded fast to any questions I had.
The bathroom lacked a carpet, so i used a towel to wipe the floor.

The hotel is close to the city center. I had access to public transport within walking distance and grocery stores were also nearby. I found the central station was only a short walk away from the hotel (less than 5 minutes).

The apartment was spacious enough for me. It included a fully equipped kitchen with good ventilation, a plus for preparing food. The blackout window blinds ensured i slept well.

I found the kitchen very useful and it came fully equipped. i enjoyed having code access. It made late check-in super easy. the building was easy to find, and i found the check-in process simple. customer service was quick to help me too.
The light beside the bed did not work. It was a minor inconvenience.

i found the location very convenient. bus and train access was quite easy. the room facilities included practical equipment. a smart tv provided youtube and netflix.
the beds provided are unfortunately small. it was a slight inconvenience, but nothing serious.
